how i work

When it comes to my coaching, I want you to invest into yourself. Because of this, I offer sliding scale for pricing. Please contact me for more information. 

Note: I truly care about my clients and put a huge emphasis on being extremely communicative as well as cultivating and creating relationships with my clients. This helps establish the highest level of accountability and ultimately - success. I have many clients and ask that you give me 24 to 48 hours to respond to any questions, comments or concerns. 

I also offer a discounted rate of 10% OFF all 1:1 coaching for Active Military, All First Responders, Educators, and Students.


1:1 online coaching

1:1 online Nutrition coaching: Balanced Plate

$60/per session 

  • Each session will be 60 minutes.

  • In your sessions we will go over your check-in, keep a pulse on your progress, address any questions/comment/concerns and we will make adjustments to your nutrition as needed.

  • Your plan will include:

    • Personalized nutritional daily goals

    • Health & Performance Based Supplement Recommendations

    • I will provide recommendations around Pre & Post Workout Practices

    • Anytime access to nutrition coaching and support with guaranteed 24-48/hr response time

  • 1:1 sessions are available online only via Skype, e-mail, FaceTime or Zoom


1:1 online Nutrition Coaching: MACRO Specific

$60/per session

  • Each session will be 60 minutes.

  • In your sessions, we will go over your check-in, keep a pulse on your progress, address any questions/comment/concerns and we will make adjustments to your MACROS as needed.

  • Your plan will include:

    • Personalized MACROS & caloric nutritional daily goals

    • A weekly check-in (we will talk sleep, mood, energy, hunger, etc.)

    • Measurements and weigh-in (optional)

    • Health & Performance Based Supplement Recommendations

    • I will provide recommendations around Pre & Post Workout Practices

    • Anytime access to nutrition coaching and support with guaranteed 24-48/hr response time

    • A #fitnessfromwithin Base full of exclusive macro-counting education

1:1 online Mindfulness Self-Compassion Coaching

$60/per session

  • Each 1:1 session will be 60 minutes.

    • In these 1:1 sessions, we will go over your check-in, keep a pulse on your progress, address any questions/comment/concerns and practice tools of radical acceptance and self-compassion.

  • With this program you will learn what self-compassion is for you and develop tools you can practice daily to cultivate and create more self-compassion in your life.

  • 1:1 sessions are available online only via Skype, e-mail, FaceTime or Zoom


1:1 ONLINE RECOVERY COACHING 

  • From self-care to community care. From self-love to community love - I know you can do it and so will you. I support you in figuring out what is best for you through support and self - discovery one day at a time

  • Depending on your overall goals I offer private coaching that falls under the umbrella of my certifications, this includes: CrossFit, Stretching, XPT, CF Adaptive, Self-defense & CF Gymnastic.

  • I train all individuals including but not limited to kids, seniors, adaptive athletes, adults, teens, special needs, etc.

  • We will meet, in person, 2-6 times a week depending on your preference

  • This plan comes in 4 structures - you choose which plan you would like:

    • Balanced Plate

    • Portion Control

    • Intuitive Eating

  • You will receive a one-time written nutrition plan that you follow on your own for 4 consecutive weeks

  • Personalized nutritional daily goals

  • Health & Performance Based Supplement Recommendations

  • I will provide recommendations around Pre & Post Workout Practices

  • You will use self-monitoring of daily MACRO Intake once you receive your plan

  • At the 2 consecutive week point, you will check-in with me and we will adjust your nutrition plan as needed

Note: This plan is great for SELF-MOTIVATED individuals already familiar with a nutrition routine


self-lead Basic Mindfulness Self-Compassion Plan

$30.00/One-time

  • You will receive a one-time written mindfulness self-compassion plan that you follow on your own for 4 consecutive weeks

  • Personalized with mindfulness self-compassion exercises

  • You will use self-monitoring of a daily consciousness worksheet & exercises once you receive your plan

  • At the 2 consecutive week point, you will check-in with me and we will adjust your mindfulness self-compassion plan as needed.

Note: This plan is great for SELF-MOTIVATED individuals already familiar with introspective work


self-lead Recovery Plan

$30.00/One-time

  • You will receive a one-time written personalized recovery plan that you follow on your own for 4 consecutive weeks

  • Personalized recovery goals & exercises

  • Recovery based recommendations

  • Parasympathetic based exercises & recommendations

  • You will use self-monitoring of a daily consciousness worksheet along side exercises once you receive your plan

  • At the 2 consecutive week point, you will check-in with me and we will adjust your recovery plan as needed
